Q. Tell me about Outpost Downeast?

A. We are an independent business committed to producing uniquely designed high-quality clothes and gifts that reflect the natural beauty and wonder of Downeast Maine.  We design and print all of our items in Washington County, Maine.  

Q. Do you offer returns and exchanges?

A. Yes.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, just contact us and we will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.

Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. We offer free shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States.  We generally ship within 48 hours.  We will contact you if we expect any delay in meeting our shipping target.

Q. How are your shirts printed?

A. The vast majority of our clothing is printed using the traditional silk screen method.  Our performance tees.  Certain multi-color imprints use a direct to fabric screen print transfer method.

Q. Do you do custom orders?
